In order to celebrate the 160 years of diplomatic relations that unite them, France and Japan have organized "Japonismes 2018" in Paris. In order to symbolize the link that binds the LVMH Group in Japan more widely, an inflatable giant furoshiki whose canvas was imagined by the creators of Maison KENZO, was installed in the Jardin d'Acclimatation at the base of the Louis Vuitton Foundation. For centuries, this piece of furniture allows the Japanese to wrap personal items or gifts. Our thanks to LVMH Group, Jardin d'Acclimatation and Atelier Tsuyoshi Tane Architects.
